Garlic Spicy Edamame

- 1 package Frozen Edamame
- 1 Dried Red Chili Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, sliced
Defrost edamame following the instruction on the package.
Slice red chili pepper.
Add olive oil to the pan over medium heat.
Stir fry garlic and red chili pepper slices.
Add edamame (skin on) and continue cooking over low heat.
Once edamame is cooked through, add soy sauce and mix together.
Serve with ice cold beer!
