Wafu Japanese Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 fillet of Beef Ribeye
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Daikon Radish, grated optional
  • Shiso leaves optional

Seasoning

  • 4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 tsp Mirin

Instructions

  1. Season meat with plenty of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat frying pan over low heat and heat up oil and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Cook beef to your desired doneness.
  4. Mix the seasoning in a small bowl.
  5. Slice and place the steak on a plate. Place grated daikon radish and chopped shiso leaves on top of the steak and pour the seasoning.
  6. Enjoy!
