Yuzu and Honey Preserve
- 100 g Yuzu Fruit
- 100 g Honey
- Wash yuzu with water and thinly slice. Remove any seeds.
- Place yuzu and honey in a mason jar. Add more honey until honey completely covers yuzu slices.
- Close the lid and let it sit for about 2 days in the refrigerator.
- Serve with toast or yogurt, or mix it with drinks.
