Wafu Non-Oil Plum Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 Japanese Ume Plums (or 4 tsp of Ume Paste)
  • 2 Tbsp Mentsuyu (Noodle Soup Base)
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Shiso Furikake

Instructions

  1. If using ume plums, remove seed from ume plums, and chop finely.

  2. Mix all ingredients together!
