Shoyu (Soy Sauce) Ramen Broth

- 4 cup Dashi
- 4 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 cup White Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Tare
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
Simmer the broth for 5 minutes and adjust the taste with additional chicken stock or soy sauce if needed.
