Soy Milk Chicken Caesar Salad
Recipe by Chef Kaku (Wasan Brooklyn)
- 12 oz Chicken Breast
- Romaine Lettuce, as needed
- Crouton, as needed
- Parmesan Cheese, as needed
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- Salt and Peppers, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, for cooking
- ¼ cup Plain Soy Milk
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
Mix all the ingredients of salad dressing and set it aside.
Slice chicken breast thinly and sprinkle salt, peppers, and flour.
Heat up olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until done.
Wash and drain romaine lettuce.
Toss romaine lettuce with salad dressing, chicken and croutons in a bowl. Portion salad and sprinkle parmesan and peppers as needed.
