Soy milk dressing is healthier than your regular Caesar salad dressing!

Soy Milk Chicken Caesar Salad

  • 12 oz Chicken Breast
  • Romaine Lettuce, as needed
  • Crouton, as needed
  • Parmesan Cheese, as needed
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • Salt and Peppers, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, for cooking

Salad Dressing

  • ¼ cup Plain Soy Milk
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced


  1. Mix all the ingredients of salad dressing and set it aside.

  2. Slice chicken breast thinly and sprinkle salt, peppers, and flour.

  3. Heat up olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until done.

  4. Wash and drain romaine lettuce. 

  5. Toss romaine lettuce with salad  dressing, chicken and croutons in a bowl. Portion salad and sprinkle parmesan and peppers as needed.
