Shio (Salt) Ramen Broth

- 2 ½ Tbsp Schmaltz (Rendered Chicken Fat)
- 2 ½ Tbsp Rendered Bacon Fat or Other Pork Fat
- ½ cup Tare
- ½ quart Chicken Stock
- ½ quart Dashi
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
Simmer the broth for five minutes, stirring occasionally, and serve.
