Sake Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 quart or more Sake
  • 1 pack Strawberries
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 Navel Orange
  • 1 can of Sliced Peaches
  • ½ cup Honey

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries and cut in half. Cut lemon into round slices.
  2. Slice off the ends of grapefruit and navel orange and peel the skins using a knife. Trim off any extra pith.
  3. Slice along the membrane and cut out into wedges.
  4. In a drink dispenser or a large mason jar, place all the fruits and pour in sake and honey. Mix gently.
  5. Let it sit for about a half day to a full day to enjoy. Add ice before serving.
