Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chop
  • 1 Vegetable Bouillon Cube, crushed (optional)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for cooking

Sauce

  • ½ Onion, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • 4 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Sake

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a container. Dip pork chops and marinade for 15+ minutes.
  2. Heat a medium sized pan over medium heat with some vegetable oils. Take pork chops out from the dipping sauce and remove as much dipping sauce as possible (don’t throw away the sauce). Place them in the pan. Cook thoroughly.
  3. Once pork chops are done, pour dipping sauce into the pan. Add water and bouillon. Simmer about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with your choice of vegetables.
