Pork Spare Ribs with Spicy Koji Miso
Recipe by Chef Kaku (Wasan Brooklyn)
- 1 lb Pork Spare Rib
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Mix miso paste ingredients in a small bowl, set it aside.
- Baste miso on pork spare ribs. Rest it for at least 20 minutes in room temperature.
- Line baking pan with parchment paper. Place spare rib, and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake it for 20 minutes.
- Remove aluminum foil and bake for additional 10 minutes.
