  • 1/2 Cup Okonomiyaki Flour (Otafuku)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 10 oz Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 slices of Pork Belly or Bacon

  3. Heat frying pan (medium low heat) and add oil.

  4. Add half the batter into the frying pan and form a thick cylindrical shape (little less than 1 inch thick). Place 3 slices of Pork belly on the top of the mound.

  5. Cook for 3 minutes. Then flip! Cook the other side for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Flip it over so the bacon faces upward and take Okonomiyaki out of the pan.
