Negi Miso Yu (Scallion Miso Soup)

  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
  • 2 tsp Miso Paste
  • 1 to 1½ cup Boiling Water


  1. Add the scallions and miso to a mug.
  2. Pour in the boiling water and stir
  3. Allow the negi-miso-yu to steep until cool enough to drink.
