
Negi Miso Yu (Scallion Miso Soup)
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
- 2 tsp Miso Paste
- 1 to 1½ cup Boiling Water
Instructions
- Add the scallions and miso to a mug.
- Pour in the boiling water and stir
- Allow the negi-miso-yu to steep until cool enough to drink.
