
Mussels in Wasabi Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Mussels
- ¼ cup Sake
- 2 tsp Scallions, chopped
Wasabi Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Wasabi
- 6 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Sake
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the wasabi sauce.
Wash and drain mussels. Put them in a medium pot and pour sake. Cook over high heat, until the shells open up.
Add wasabi sauce into the pot and turn off the heat.
Serve with chopped scallions.
