Mussels in Wasabi Cream Sauce

  • 1.5 lb Mussels
  • ¼ cup Sake
  • 2 tsp Scallions, chopped

Wasabi Sauce


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the wasabi sauce.

  2. Wash and drain mussels. Put them in a medium pot and pour sake. Cook over high heat, until the shells open up.

  3. Add wasabi sauce into the pot and turn off the heat.

  4. Serve with chopped scallions.
