
Miso Ramen Broth

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Aka Miso (Red Miso)
- 2 Tbsp Shiro Miso (White Miso)
- 2 ½ Tbsp Sake
- 2 Tbsp Rendered Bacon Fat or Other Pork Fat
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 quart Dashi
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a saucepan.
Simmer the ingredients until the miso pastes dissolve, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
