
Japanese Beer Spare Ribs
Ingredients
- 1.3 lb Spare Ribs
- 2/3 cup Beer
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Ginger, minced
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Marmalade
- Oil, for cooking
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Heat up a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Cook spare ribs over medium heat until both sides are browned.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and marmalade to create sauce.
- Pour beer and the sauce into the pan. Put the lid on and cook for 20 minutes over low-medium heat, or until most of the sauce dissolves.
- Enjoy with an ice cold beer!
