Japanese Beer Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb Spare Ribs
  • 2/3 cup Beer
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Marmalade
  • Oil, for cooking
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat up a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Cook spare ribs over medium heat until both sides are browned.
  2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and marmalade to create sauce.
  3. Pour beer and the sauce into the pan. Put the lid on and cook for 20 minutes over low-medium heat, or until most of the sauce dissolves.
  4. Enjoy with an ice cold beer!
