Green Tea White Chocolate Muffin

  • ¾ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 4.5 Tbsp Butter (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tsp Milk
  • 1 oz White Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Crushed Walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 335 F.
  2. In a medium bowl mix butter and sugar using electric mixer.
  3. Beat an egg in a separate bowl. Pour beaten egg gradually into the butter and sugar mixture.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, and matcha green tea into the mixture.
  5. Melt white chocolate and milk in a double boiler. Pour into the batter and mix well.
  6. Portion the batter into the muffin pan, and sprinkle walnuts.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
