
Green Tea White Chocolate Muffin
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Flour
- 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 4.5 Tbsp Butter (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 4 tsp Milk
- 1 oz White Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp Crushed Walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 335 F.
- In a medium bowl mix butter and sugar using electric mixer.
- Beat an egg in a separate bowl. Pour beaten egg gradually into the butter and sugar mixture.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and matcha green tea into the mixture.
- Melt white chocolate and milk in a double boiler. Pour into the batter and mix well.
- Portion the batter into the muffin pan, and sprinkle walnuts.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
