
Garlic Spicy Edamame
Ingredients
- 1 package Frozen Edamame
- 1 Dried Red Chili Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, sliced
Instructions
- Defrost edamame following the instruction on the package.
- Slice red chili pepper.
- Add olive oil to the pan over medium heat.
- Stir fry garlic and red chili pepper slices.
- Add edamame (skin on) and continue cooking over low heat.
- Once edamame is cooked through, add soy sauce and mix together.
- Serve with ice cold beer!
