Recipe for those getting bored of avocado toasts.
- 4-8 Bread of your choice
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 14 oz Frozen Edamame
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¾ cup + 2 Tbsp Soy Milk or Milk
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Heat up edamame as directed on the package and take beans out of edamame skins.
In a food processor or mixer, mix all of the edamame dip ingredients until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Toast bread and spread edamame dip. Garnish with tomato and lemon slices to serve.
