Banana Tofu Dessert Wrap
- 1 Firm Tofu
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 4 Rice Paper
- 3 Tbsp Soybean Flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Process tofu, ripe banana, and cocoa powder in the food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Rehydrate rice paper with small amount of water.
- Scoop one spoonful of tofu cream and wrap it in the rice paper.
- Sprinkle soybean flour and sugar, then enjoy!
