Banana Tofu Dessert Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Firm Tofu
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Rice Paper
  • 3 Tbsp Soybean Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Process tofu, ripe banana, and cocoa powder in the food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Rehydrate rice paper with small amount of water.
  3. Scoop one spoonful of tofu cream and wrap it in the rice paper.
  4. Sprinkle soybean flour and sugar, then enjoy!
