1. No-Bake Matcha Green Tea Cheesecake

This is such a simple and tasty dessert, and all of your guests will love it. Start by mixing together the cream cheese, plain yogurt, matcha powder and sugar. Add in the gelatin mixture and combine with a hand mixer until smooth. Whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken but doesn’t yet form stiff peaks. Gently fold in the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls, cover and refrigerate for at least three hours. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, garnish with a strawberry and a dusting of matcha power and tada! Green tea cheesecake.

2. Melonpan

This delicious dessert combines two simple favorites, dinner rolls and sugar cookies! Take your pre-made sugar cookie dough and form into round balls. Flatten each of the cookies into sugar and spread on a plate to coat the dough with a layer of sugar. Wrap the flattened cookie around a dinner roll. Repeat until all the dough is gone. Place each of the melonpans on a cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and serve!

3. Tofu and Banana Tiramisu

This is another fantastic dessert that doesn’t require any baking! It wonderfully imitates the classic tiramisu with simpler ingredients. Start with a whole block of tofu and mix with maple syrup and lemon juice using a hand mixer. Whisk together instant coffee with some water until the coffee is dissolved and mash in the banana. Layer together the coffee mixture and the tofu mixture, starting and ending with the coffee. Top with sliced bananas and a garnish of mint leaves!
